• Infinitas Bookshop: (incorporating Blokey Stuff) located at Shop 22 Civic Arcade 48-50 George Street Parramatta.  Run by a fantastic and friendly team who are very knowledgeable about the genre and can help you with all your requirements. Fantasic range of books in the Sci-fi and fantasy genre.  Infinitas holds three regular discussion groups:
  SF Discussion group - talk about all things sci-fi, fantasy and science based
  Review group - functions like a book club, books are published in advance on site
  Writers Group - interested in reading and writing in the sci-fi zone
  
• Friends of Science Fiction: "fan-run science fiction and fantasy media fan club!  We cover all American and British TV and movie science fiction and fantasy.  Now in our 11th year, we invite you to join us as we enjoy the best of media sci-fi and fantasy!" Meets Second Sunday of each Month at Bankstown Sports Club.
  
• Dr Who Fan Club: Avid followers of Dr Who and associated shows, books, films, TV and wishful thinking (the 10 Doctors??), have Dr Who in the pub, video nights and other events.
  
• Tabala Rasa - a couple of gifted Australian writers who have written Prismatic which won 2006 Aurealis award.
  
• CSFG - helps science fiction, fantasy and horror writers and illustrators develop their craft through critiquing, and sharing news and experiences.

• The Sydney Passengers - Incorporating Sherlock Holmes Society Australia - Sherlock Holmes enthusiasts.
